"The villa worked well for our young family. It was a great size and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location of the villa was in a nice spot set amongst the bushland. Kids loved walking over the nearby foot bridge. Even though we were close to Caves Rd it sure didn’t feel like it. "A quick trip down to Albany( with the dog) to see family. Great location, right next to the dog beach and an opportunity for walking to Emu Point or Middleton Beach. House fantastic, very comfortable and cozy."

"We stayed a few nights in this one bedroom villa. The little courtyards were great for our dogs. The premises were clean and well equipped. We had problems with the hot water system, maybe there was a knack to it that we didn't have. Garrick was responsive to messages and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lots of light, lovely unit with comfortable furniture we really enjoyed staying in. Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit."

"The Edge Luxury Villas is no less than self-explanatory. The villas are packed to the brim with all the latest appliances, stunning decor and a gorgeous view from every angle. I had no faults with our stay. The huge bathtub overlooks the water, accompanied by the lush local soaps. Only fault I can think of was that there were no spatulas to flip our eggs, but that would be the most pettiest 1st world problem one could come up with. We are planning to book again next year for our anniversary...

"Fantastic location. Nice unit, aesthetically pretty. But it needs a deep clean. Really filthy toilet brush in main bathroom like so gross, calcium build up in the showers and show heads, dirty cups, broken outdoor chairs (they looked fine but when you touch the arms of the chairs they came off because the nails have worn and corroded overtime), dryer didn't work, the basin in the main bathroom is so old and it has also corraded and if you touch or lean on it it falls/tips over as it's no longer...
