"We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again."

"The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. The only downside are the wild chickens which are all over the neighborhood. We had a very vocal rooster that started crowing at 4am -- suggest you bring ear plugs."

"This hotel is like a huge one bedroom apartment! One and half bathroom, large living room and bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, full size fridge and stove. They is a washer and dryer in closet too.I do recommend you have a car but some tour bus will pick you up right outside your room. There are a couple pools too."

"Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "

"Our family all came to celebrate my wifes and I anniversary. We needed a property that would accomodate all of our family. We had a great time. The property location was great. Very close to stores including Costco, Walmart and Target. Very clost to the airport and the pier. Lots of space. The house was able to accomodate 11 of us. Allie was a great hostess. She always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Furthermore, there were many restaurants, hikes and beaches she recommended. I would highly recommend this property."
