"The first night we stay i was dissatisfied because the room that i expected to book on the picture is not that. But when i tell them that want to move on the other room because they give us a good room and that what exactly I’ve seen on the picture i was reserved. The cleanliness I Put 4 star because the first room that we went on the 3rd floor it was not that clean. There was a block stain on the toilet seat. But the room that we moves we are satisfied because it was cleaned and the housekeeping was did a great job. I’ve been staying in all the hyatt branch in waikiki, hyatt regency/ hyatt centric & hyatt place there are all good. Mahalo and hope to be back again.!"
