I would not rate this property as a 4-star hotel. There were many little problems that all stacked up as a pretty mismanaged site. AC does not work properly despite maintenance cleaning filter; bathroom fan did not work; tub drain clogs; rude lobby staff; incorrect breakfast time given that affected timing for tight morning schedule. The staff was helpful when prompted and the breakfast was quality and convenient on days and times you could access it.

Most of the staff were somewhat unfriendly to the exception of one concierge Roberto. I would rate the property as a three star hotel rather than a four star hotel. The restaurant help staff were great.

The property is extremely close to Victoria station. We used the "tube" many times on our exploration of London. The staff was magnificent in their service and helpful disposition. Wonderful experience.

A nice hotel within easy walking distance of Victoria Station. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. The bar service & food were excellent
