"Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

Last time we were unhappy because there was no notification of extensive renovations which meant the restaurant was closed and the unwindowed room they offered as an alternative was less than satisfactory. This time we only had the opportunity to visit the club lounge where the service and drinks were fine, but the usual high standard food offering was no where to be seen And was very disappointing worth the premium paid!"
