"Was just perfect for what we needed, although the bbqer wasn’t working well. Tried to cook some steaks and brats and one side never lit and the other never got hot enough. Had to end up cooking inside. Enjoyed the kitty, however my grandson was allergic."

"This was a great spot to stay for a small group of 8 folks traveling to hike Bears Ears and Canyonlands. Lots of room to spread out. A couple of suggestions: 1 towel hooks needed in bathroom 2 replace mattress in lower floor queen - it's rough and nearly touching the floor when occupied 3 keep office space upstairs open - we needed it for another separate sleeping area and the whole space was being used for custodial (not what we saw in images) 4 directions on the individual heating units - we...

"This cabin suited me and my husband really well. It's in a beautiful setting, thoroughly stocked, and had a very comfortable king bed. We really enjoyed it!"

"Perfect place to stay near all SE Utah and SW Colorado attrations. Short travel to Moab/Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde and so many others. An ideal spot to set up for a long vacation!"

"A great place to escape to. Clean, comfortable and charming. The drive to the cabin has some steep sections but the road is well graded. We used the cabin as our base for exploring Needles District of the Canyon Lands National Park. Only disappointment was not staying longer than two nights."

"Close to Monument Valley. The scenery around the property was speculation. The beds were comfortable and the price compared to other properties in the area, very affordable. Not running water but that was explained clearly before purchase. If running water for showers was ever established this would be a premium property. "

"It's a beautiful place with a view of the Abajo Mountains and near to lots of nature. Their were some malfunctions with the water heater, but it was fixed as quickly as possible. Owners were caring and attentive. Very peaceful and relaxing. We'd return on an another southern Utah road trip."

"Okay, If you are a five star type person this may not be the place for you. However, if you read the description and nod to the humor, and that looks good, then this is a good place to stay. It is off the gird but highly functional. At the time of our stay there is only one toilet for the main house so be prepared to share. Though the yard is a mess in keeping with the redneck theme, the house was very tidy and clean."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bears Ears Luxury Retreat. The house is set on a remote property with amazing views. It accommodated our group of 15 and was located close to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. We enjoyed our stay at Bears Ears."

"It was unanimous…there’s nothing we would change about this bunkhouse. The location was fantastic, even though it was 10 miles down a dirt road. The hosts were fantastic, even though we didn’t see them much. The information Sheila had documented about the canyon was cool, even though we didn’t explore it fully. And there’s something about sitting around a campfire in the middle of a breathtaking canyon that all 3 of us wouldn’t trade for anything. We absolutely loved it❤️‍🔥"
