The property was walkable to Wholefoods and other dining options. A bit of a walk to a subway station. We got the King room and overlooks the World Trade Center. The staff upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in, which was appreciated. The view was amazing. Our room was pretty compact with no room to place your luggages and no drawers to store your clothes. So we had our luggages splayed on the floor. I wish there were more storage options under the bed so we could slide and keep the luggages out of the way. We stayed for 4 nights. I think that should be the maximum stay, otherwise it would get really frustrating with how tight the space was. Breakfast was good, as expected of Hyatt. The staff were great and cleared the tables as soon as you leave for the next guest. The breakfast areas were super tight. There were 4 elevators and then 1 went out of service so at peak hours expect to wait for a long time. Overall our stay was good. The area around was safe and clean.
