"This hotel is not a luxury hotel but it’s a great old forge stay. Rooms can use some updating but the beds are comfortable and the most of the furnishings are cute and rustic. The biggest draw for me with this hotel is when on the motorcycle you can park at your door, there are gorgeous chairs outside of each room for use and everything is in walking distance. Staff is always really friendly here and it’s just a good simple comfortable good rated stay each time!"

"This place is awesome! I feel like the pictures don’t really do it justice. The kitchen is wide open to the family room with a great island and the dining room table sits 8-10 ppl. It’s so close to town, as well, BUT it doesn’t feel like it. The property manager, Jason, was so prompt with my questions, and was a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend this sweet house!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Carl’s place for a few days to see the eclipse. The chalet is absolutely lovely and we loved waking up each morning to the sunrise & the trees and the view of the lake…it was magical. "We had a wonderful time with our kids and dog, running, sledding, trekking and warming by the fire. Communication with hosts was impeccable. Very kind hosts reached out to see if we needed anything. Spacious loft and apartment like lower level made room for everyone. We will be coming back next winter and will look into summer booking, too."
