Bathroom and shower amazing with good water pressure and a variety of showers from handheld, rain and waterfall showers. Bed was soft and comfortable with choice of pillows. Breakfast excellent choices and friendly service with happy hour between 630 and 8pm with complimentary sparkling or wines. Great location 10 minutes from Duomo and 5 minutes to metro station...

The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view.
