"Absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent value. The pools and gym were superb and access to the beach was great. The only thing to improve on is checkin was cumbersome, did not like luggage being grabbed and told to sit down. Took too long. Also staff should be more acquainted with area restaurants. Many hotels give a list of recommendations, which is helpful. They insisted everything was closed ( it was 9 pm) and everything was open, they just didn’t seem to know where to tell us to go."

"It was excellent overall. The downside for those who visit Busan for business trip is that the hotel is crowded on weekends due to local residents staying there. So the hotel is not ideal for those on business trips. But the hotel got me a very quiet room so that I could focus on my work in my room."
