"It is a nice property. Wonderful staff. We were worried we’d get an old tired smelly room, we got an old tired VERY CLEAN room. Bed was comfortable and new wall paper in the bathroom probably made a very big difference. $330 per night was my biggest dislike in that I felt we got a /-$250 per night experience. All in all 5 stars if it the price met the value. "

"This is one of the cleaner, better properties that I’ve stayed in Helen. The only issues I had, were they decided to paint downstairs. So the whole downstairs had a strong smell of paint. And an hour and a half before checkout, the water was turned off in our room. Also, one of my key cards didn’t work and had to get it fixed twice before they gave me a new one. The lady kept telling me not to put the keycard near my phone, which I hadn’t, I insisted that the card was defective and someone else...
