Had to pay for a refrigerator for my meds ! Took 5 hours to get one. No coffee in the room ! Really ? What would it take to put a small coffee maker in the room. Room wasn't clean. Supposed to be a new room, but it looked tired.

I been all around the world and this is one of the most horrible experiences ever. Nobody helps you (hidden fees) room looks ok but bathroom was stained, water you couldn’t turn off the shower was super outdated and so on. Just horrible. I don’t feel like typing but never again will I stay there
