Even though we made a mistake on our reservation and arrived 2 days ahead, the hotel was able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. A few days later, we asked to move to a higher floor, and they accommodated us also. We loved both of the quiet, beautiful condos, and appreciated even more the ideal location, close to restaurants, grocery store, laundry, and sightseeing."
