"The property is in a great location with very good facilities and quiet considering the entrance is on a busy road. Some features such as the bathrooms whilst very clean and well equipped could be better thought through for example it was too dark to shave properly. Also the hours for the gym and games room were too short and should be extended. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast overlooking the bay was great."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its is an older resort but is very well maintained, more traditional Thai. Comfortable bed, Staff fantastic, good selection at breakfast the fresh juice was great. We had our own pool which was nice to cool off in after being at the beach all day, just needs some kind of rail to make it easier to get in and out of. "The OZO is a serene oasis tucked just away from a bustling street. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were always available to help and assisted us with booking and planning a last minute tour of the island. The beach is easily accessed and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs - no need to come early or fight for a space! I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! "

"We enjoyed our stay with Chaweng budget. Paying the budget price allowed us to access the pools and beach by the Chaweng cove resort. The hotel is conveniently located with 7/11 right across the street and numerous restaurants and massages places nearby. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful although the English is a little hard to understand at times. I would certainly come back again or recommend it to any of my friends."

"The staff was great and friendly. Cleaning was done everyday except for sunday. They tended to your needs. The area around the hotel can be noisy at night due to the party bars and vehicles passing by. So if you want a good nights sleep....bring earplugs! The balcony doors are single pan so noise easily comes through."

"Although we only stayed here for two nights, my sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Escape Beach Resort as the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was good for dinner and supper. The only downside of the hotel is it’s location as it’s situated down a very steep hill and some narrow roads which are quite scary to drive on.Taxis also cost more to come pick you up at the hotel as they have to drive down the steep hill. If you do stay there, consider renting...
