"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "A superb hotel with a fantastic location. However, the rooms would benefit from being vacuum cleaned from time to time instead of floors just being washed as it just pushes around dirt like hairs etc. Very delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Very service minded and helpful staff whether at the reception, the pol bar or in the restaurant. Overrall condition is as expected and we would like to come back again."
