"Excellent location. Right in the beach and harbour, we stayed half board. Buffet style for breakfast and dinner with good choice, all staff were so friendly. This is our 3rd visit and would definitely stay again."

"Always my favourite place to stay in Napa clean modern and staff are amazing the food is fantastic there is also an option to make your own food there is a kettle toaster microwave and fridge in the room it great to have the option the club sandwich is a must to try they have an amazing poolside vibe with dj Leo and me singing when I stay haha thanks guys see you next year ☺️"

" Comfortable, clean rooms. 15 minutes from Ayia Napa bar street by 101 bus which stops right outside the property."
"The property is a bit far from the center of ayia napa but is from a walkable distance for pubs and clubs, and has a grocery store nearby. The hotel apt we were assigned were not bad but the hygiene and cleaning services of the property should be improved, we had dust in the bathroom and marks of objects that haven’t been moved for a while, and most importantly we had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend you get your own supplies to have a clean space if you are staying for a while. But after seeing some other hotel apts i would say mars mare has the best atmosphere, quiet and peaceful , you’re surrounded by greenery and you also get a balcony with chairs outside. Nevertheless, the room was "

Pros: Good value and really clean with ample amenities, comfy beds, definitely a family with kids place.
Cons: Reception lady mostly on duty seems really miserable. We had a 1 bed suite (493) the bedroom curtains were not lined so from 4:30am/sunrise and all day the room was so bright like being on the beach and scorching hot so made sleeping really hard. Would also recommend bringing own towels as they are thin & very hard."
