"Amenities mentioned air conditioning. There was only air conditioning in 2 of the 7 rooms. The stove top spill trays were absolutely filthy. The kitchen cupboards had no reasonable lining on the shelves. The cupboards needed renovation or replaced. There are no bbq tools at all. Apart from that the rest of the house was acceptable."
