Highly recommended stay in Sydney Observations: The bar fridge will never cool in an enclosed cupboard with no ventilation. Ice machine on selected floors would save money rather than have delivery and wait times The room lighting controls are the strangest I have ever seen. All on all off only one night stand light works when lights turned off. Total darkness in washroom when night light feature activated. "

"Unfortunately we did not enjoy a beautiful harbor view, we were not he City view side, which is rather meh unless you like looking down on streetcars moving about. Staff was very hospitable and professional, big shout out to the Concierge who graduated from LSU- geaux Tigers. Only other disappointment was that because of cruise ship passengers coming and going en masse, staff seemed overwhelmed at times and the wait for the front desk was extensive at check in. Fortunately they had an express check out option or we would have had to wait another 20-30 to check out. Beautiful hotel in unbeatable location for shopping and site seeing and exploring the old harbor. Room was a little on the chinchy side for a Four Seasons hotel in terms of size and layout, but certainly adequate for our needs."
