"When we walked through the door, we were struck by the attention to detail, and every day reinforced that first experience. So often short-time rentals have been jerry-rigged and filled with well-used items. This place has been curated by someone who loves and uses it, and who has an eye for detail from artwork to soap dispensers. It was better than the descriptions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Indeed, we have already booked it again three months out."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more! "The property was in a good neighborhood for kids to ride bikes and you could walk to beach. The yard was big for dogs to play. Being on the lake was a bonus! The fire pit was good. The beds need to be replaced. The double bed in the 2 nd bedroom was not sturdy for 2 adults. I bring my own bedding and comforter which was good because the bedding was not much! Could use better kitchen utensils. Overall.. very nice stay! "

"Had an amazing stay at Sandy Paws! My husband and I were able to bring our two fur babies, the house is very close to Damon Point and we had great luck agate hunting in the beach! The home was very cozy, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The yard was fully fenced and the hot tub was great to warm up in after beachcombing in the rain. Would definitely love to stay here again!"

TVs in every room, nice big rec room, could have invited more people to stay we only had 4. Well stocked kitchen better than most places we have stayed. Would come back to bisit again. "
