"We had a mix up at check in, where i stated jt was only myself on the confirmation, however my wife was not on it, and they would not let her in. After a long time of rude employees they stated they would allow her in if i paid more, so i did. Then i was told she doesbt get breakfast the next day and the day after. Will never go again or allow family to go there"

"Fiz a reserva de 5 diarias no Laqua Diroma pela Bvtur. Foi exelente a estadia, apartamento super conservado, lindo enorganizado. Todo dia tinha o servico de camareira e tive direito a roupas de cama e banho. O hotel é muito organizado, tudo sempre muito limpo. Fui agora em janeiro com esposa e filha e, apesar de ser alta temporada, os servicos nao deixaram a desejar, as piscinas sempre quentinhas e sempre muito limpas, nao se ve sujeira espalhada, funcionarios sempre muito atenciosos e...

"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"Hotel muito aconchegante. Piscinas com possibilidade de entrar 24h por dia, salvo revezamento para limpeza. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Região do hotel muito boa, perto de grandes atacarejos. A única ressalva foi em relação a TV, não estava funcionando o aparelho para ligar os canais. De resto tudo ok."

"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay."
