vendem um produto que não existe.
é um bom hotel e ja fui outras vezes. o problema maior foi ter duas opções de hospedagem; com ou sem acesso ao parque aquático. optei por estadia com acesso ao parque, o que custou uns 600,00 a mais nas 4 diarias. quase o dobro da opção sem acesso gratuito ao parque, que fica em frente. porém na hora da reserva faltou duas informações importantes: a parte com aparelhos mais interessantes esta fechada para reformas, e o parque fecha as 5as para manutenção. só fui ao parque uma única vez e não tive interesse de retornar. nem hoteis.com e nem a recepção do hotel aceitaram mudar minha opção de estadia e tive de ficar no prejuízo.
