The staff was friendly and welcoming! The room was great. The beds were so comfy! When we got there we were upgraded to a different room. There were food options in the hotel, but if you walked 5 minutes away you were in Taksim square, which had more reasonable prices. We only used the salon amenity in the hotel. Everyone was friendly, but ask for prices beforehand. Prices were higher than expected. Overall would recommend the hotel.

Staff was welcoming, check in was easy, hotel was at a walking distance from most of the historical buildings, even from the trolly that brings you to most of the sites. Clean and elegant.
