"I love the location of this hotel. Its only 2 tram stops from the train station/casino. The tram is free in the city area. There are also buses running along North Terrace. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. "

"This is a nice hotel very close to everything in Adelaide. We used public transportation - very convenient. The pool is nice although difficult to find a shady place to sit. The room was very comfortable even if our view was a concrete wall. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its an 8.5/10. I deducted a half point for the old orange chairs that look like they came from the 70’s "

"Was, well OK, check in wasn’t overly impressive, I forgot my wallet and there was a few blank looks over how I would pay the pay the deposit and pet cleaning fee. Bed was very firm and AC couldn’t be set under 20(I like it cold), very dusty behind TV, I had to switch it of and on at the plug to get it going. $80 pet fee I think is a little steep but at least there was a dog bed and bowl in the room."
