"Hotel staff at the desk or around cleaning were very friendly and the rooms and lobby were clean. The restaurant staff are not as friendly or interactive with guests. We found this to be the norm of most of Paradise Island, very little emotion, communication or smiles for travellers. Just a job to do -restaurant staff just tolerate travellers and will not care about soy or gluten allergy substitutions for meals. The resort was great, wish good service staff were friendlier."
