"I have stayed more than 1,000 nights in hotels around the world. This was my favorite stay. The view of the valley and mountains is unparalleled and I have never met a staff who made me feel like family like those of the Hotel Beau-Site. I have recommended to all of my family and friends. "

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...
