The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. "First, the photos do not do this hotel justice. It’s so quaint and warm. It feels like you’re going to someone’s home with vintage sewing machines, telephones, typewriters, etc. You’re just taken back in time. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant looks like a cabin and you sit with these amazing views of the mountains and gorgeous garden. Location is close to the train station and walking distance from shopping and restaurants."

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it! Really helpful staff and a great location that is both very walkable and an easy bus ride to Wildeswil (which was much easier than walking to Interlaken Ost for the train). The room was clean, big, had a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and I definitely recommend you try the Hungarian restaurant two doors down (Hoppla Bistro). I would definitely stay here again."
