"The Art Hotel is literally steps away from the JR Niigata station. The room faced the station so could hear some noise but for the most part it was good. The breakfast with the stay was good with selections. Would recommend staying here. "

"Ageing property but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We chose a triple room. It was very small but the price was reasonable. Walking distance to the train station so it was convenient although we only realised we had been walking a long way around towards the end of our stay."

"Great location on the river bank. The facilities felt outdated but still fairly well maintained. Room was large and had a nice view of the Bandai bridge. Got a cold on Sado island but I had a really nice sleep back to Niigata and felt completely recharged. Super kind and attentive staff. Parking is a bit pricy at the hotel but I had no problems finding plenty of parking lots nearby. "

It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!"
