As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. "
"I stayed 1 night at the Sarikampos Beach resort. The GPS took me directly there, and there’s a large parking lot just across, along the beach.
The hotel and the surroundings are very quiet and safe. There’s a nice sitting area by the reception and a library. Nina cooked a delightful breakfast .

"We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! "

"The staff at Phaea Blue and the location are what made our trip so pleasurable. The resort feels like a village on the hillside. The area is quiet and the village of Plaka is close by and walkable. We ate their each night and the food in Plaka is superb! We booked a Luxury Bungalow with pool and sea view which was delightful and lovely after a hot day on the beach. Will return."

"We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows.
The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful.

Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. About 20 min straightforward walk to the square and harbour in Elounda and a wide range of restaurants and bars. Very easy to get taxis and reasonably priced. I’d happily return."
