"Quiet except for the water play fountain, it was near our room, no one was using it. Perhaps a button to push in for when people kids are using it. The room was clean and tidy, it had all the facilities required. The staff were friendly and polite. Thanks 😊 "

"I really liked the layout, the location is great and property is wonderful with a pool, great sleeping layout and size. Very kind and polite manager. There were some general maintenance issues that do need attention however, such as flickering lights in bathroom, very dirty dishwasher that is no longer cleaning the dishes adequately, dirty freezer in one fridge and another fridge did not have a working freezer so need to be careful from a food safety perspective. An outdoor chair was fraying...

"The location is very good and it's very close to Agnes Water Beach. There are restaurants, groceries within walking distance maybe just 5 mins walk. The front desk staff are friendly and room is clean. It's a perfect place for holiday. The only not so positive thing is that I felt the bed was not them dry, not sure if it was caused by it's very near the beach."
