Villa Diana

"This was a magical place and definitely worth a visit. After visiting Palermo this was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Our host was absolutely wonderful - he greeted us outside, brought our luggage up to the room and promptly offered us cappuccinos with fresh home-made cookies that he then brought up to our room and set it up on the balcony so we could enjoy the views. He provided tour guides/maps and recommended local restaurants and even called to make a last minute reservation for...

Hotel Amici

"The only good thing about this hotel was its position. Also not expensive.Hard to find - set back off the road and not signed well. Limited parking in front - lucky we were early! The girl who checked us in had no English at all.We were unable to open our door, very complicated lock. Bed was two singles pushed together. Only one bed lamp. Bathroom terrible - light did not work, shower head broken - had to hold it in one hand.Floors were putrid! My husband always walks around in bare feet and they...

800mt to the Valley of the Temples apartment @Casacrispi

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (51)
"This flat is exactly what we needed. It is very close to the Valley of the Temples. We walked there the first day. We also walked to city center (which is up hill!). There’s a supermarket next door and restaurants within walking distance. Francesco is very nice, and gave us good advice about the area. Should we return to the area, we would stay here again. "

"The place was nice enough, but not special in any way. Service was on the slow side and the owner appeared to cut a few corners, it was always hard to find where the electrical was turned on. But, it was a pretty place. Dinner was overpriced."

B&B Agorà

7.4 out of 10, Good, (29)
"A nice little B&B, in a not very scenic neighborhood, but fairly close to both the train station (Agrigento Centrale) and the Valle dei Templi. Extremely clean and comfortable, with good breakfast."
B&B Agorà

B&B Al Centro Storico

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (32)
"This was a terrible experience. AC was not working, it was unbearably hot in the room. The storm during the night knocked out power and water. The response from the manager was that AC was working, it was not hot and we did something to the water and electricity. The worst experience overall. We have stayed in 5 different places during this trip - all were great except for this one."
