"We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. "My husband and I took a family trip to Wineport with our parents, and stayed overnight. We booked three rooms, all of which had working fireplaces. The property is situated on the river in a quiet and secluded part of town with no other hotels nearby; there was a complete sense of privacy. Although it was a rainy day, we were able to hang out at the lobby/ study area, watch the nature and take sips of various Turkish red wines....
