"The property is on Great Ocean Road in the heart of the Lorne beachfront. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. Surprisingly, it is quiet after 9:30 p.m. in January—a very family-friendly area. The staff at the motel were very friendly. The room was spacious, with added touches of silverware and real wine glasses. The finishings were a little tired but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay. "

"This place isn't the Hilton BUT it is a great, honest, clean and convenient place for anyone looking to stay. "Stayed in No 3 Riverview family cabin. The positive is it had a nice balcony facing the river. The negatives, no windows had any locking mechanisms so anyone could have slid the windows open while we were away,cabin had a strange almost urine smell,terrible water pressure in the shower and ants around shower/vanity,mattress on bunk bed are very soft foam and can feel the slats underneath when laying on them, Apart from that it was adequate "
