"We brought our 3 teenage sons here and it was perfect! Clean and in the center of town. We did lots of tours in every direction and it felt like a central location for all of that, too."
"Loved my stay here, its cool lil spot tucked away in the jungle. Really cozy rooms and nice on-site restaurant where you can grab breakfast in the mornings and dinner after long day of exploring. Wonderful staff!"
"Rolson Hotel was a perfect place to stay while exploring Belize for a week vacation. The restaurant and bar were delicious, the staff was amazing and I would love to come back and spend more time here. If you are traveling to San Ignacio, make Rolson your place to stay "
"Best deal for the money in San Ignacio, also have car rental available at the guest house.
Very clean comfortable rooms, the owner and his family live next to the guest house and are very kind and generous people. "
"We had an amazing stay. Our host made it especially good - she went above and beyond in recommending restaurants, tours and a tour provider to crossing the border. Our bed was really comfy with all the essentials we required. I’d highly recommend staying here as a couple or family."
"I cannot say anything but great things about this place. The stuff was always helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and accommodation was beautiful. The location is close to Maya's ruins and other touristic locations. "

"The view from my room was breathtaking. The receptionist on my first day of check in was very helpful. Just for the view, I would definitely come back and stay here. Definitely recommend others to stay here if they are staying in San Ignacio.
My criticism would be the shower was a bit hard to use because the water was weak and that the pool was quite dirty. The water was murky.
The person on the day I checked out could have been a bit more courteous. After checking out, he just told me "you're all set". Something like "Thank you for staying with us. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us." would go a long way. "

"Very convenient and clean hotel at a great price! It’s right in the middle of town where everything is! I also love that you get free access to the pool at the Midas hotel as well! Would 100% recommend."
"This was our first trip to San Ignacio and we weren’t sure what to expect. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 11 to 46. Here is what we liked and disliked:Pros: Plenty of space and beds/bedrooms, 2 living rooms with couches to hang out together. We didn’t do any cooking, but there is a large kitchen and dining area. Price was great. WiFi worked great throughout the house. There is a gated (doesn’t lock) driveway in front of the house. It’s at a difficult angle but plenty of space to park 1 vehicle.Entire house to yourself. It looks exactly as shown in pictures. Within walking distance (5 minutes) to downtown and market. Roads are steep so getting home is all uphill. We felt safe the entire time. The house is in a typical/local neighborhood. Rooftop is nice to get fresh air and cool off at night. Cons:The biggest complaint is that only 2 of the bedrooms have AC. The rest of the house only has ceiling fans. We didn’t realize that when we booked and that is why I dropped it a star. We were there in July so it was extremely hot and made it difficult to sleep. Toilets are a little finicky and don’t have great flushing power. Courtesy flushes will do the trick. Not really a con for us, but there is no hot water for the showers. The water was naturally luke warm which was nice for us to cool off. Overall, you can’t beat the price for the amount of space. I would be hesitant to stay there again in the summer months because of the limited AC. "
