"A truly wonderful find. The home is warm and inviting, full of beautiful cosy touches - woolen blankets, hot water bottles, fresh flowers everywhere, interesting books and history. And a great fireplace! The garden is absolutely lovely and we struggled to drag our little boys away from it on our last day. "The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very well maintained and plenty of room kids and adults alike. All the amenities are in good condition and there’s everything you need for a lovely stay. The location was perfect. A stunning view over the valley, lots of sun and just a short walk into Akaroa. I had a couple of queries of my own making and Dave was super helpful and really responsive…an excellent host."
