"I really enjoyed in facilities and I was staying in 6010 room for two days. Staff was very professional and always super helpful and smiling especially in the buffet restaurant all employees that were at the dinner last night, employees at the Front Desk too. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the colleague who did check in and check out, in beige suit: friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back very soon, thank you! "

"Excellent staff and really well maintained hotel. Everyone is really profession and helpful. Just not many restaurants or cafes around so this is a perfect place to relax but not many places to go nearby for dinner. Beautiful view of the sea and the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental hotel from the balcony. "
