"Mattress was worn and too firm, no padding"

"My stay was wonderful. The hotel was a little dated for what I was expecting but for the most part well taken care of. The only issue I really had was my room had a smell and I told them and nothing ever seemed to get down about it. Over all my stay was great and I would stay there again. Slept great!!"

"They were very accommodating with our school function and even let the kids check in early to get ready for the event. The breakfast was fresh and had several choices. The only negative was the bed was too firm for my liking and the elevator was very slow. "

"All in all it was a good stay. The room smelled a bit funky and the door to the restroom which was on a track almost fell on my kid as she was closing it. She’s 6 years and not very strong. It came off its track somehow. I was right behind looking in the fridge and held it up but it could’ve been a different outcome. Otherwise it was a decent place. Breakfast was great except for whatever that bacon was. It was very strange. I’d say the sausage is enough and 86 that weird bacon. The ladies ...

"The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude.
