The Space:

This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect escape for families, friends, or couples looking to relax and unwind. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming living room featuring a gas fireplace, a large TV, and a comfortable couch where you can sink in and enjoy a cozy evening. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, where you can gather for meals, games, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, whether you're making a quick breakfast or an elaborate dinner. The kitchen also features a convenient washer and dryer tucked away in the pantry, making it easy to handle laundry during longer stays. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Venture upstairs to discover a spacious loft area, complete with a pool table, perfect for friendly competition or winding down after a day of outdoor adventures. The second floor also offers two additional bedrooms: one with a twin bed and bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests, and the other with a cozy King-size bed. Other Things to Note:
2023 Pool Hours: Opening Day is May 27 and will be for weekends (Saturday and Sunday) only until June 17th, at which time it will be open daily from 11AM-6PM through September 4.

We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.


Please note that guests will receive 8 amenity badges for the length of their stay. Badges are for adults and children above the age of 5. Children under 5 do not need any badges to access the community's amenities.


Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

The community only allow us to have 8 amenity passes, no extra passes can be purchased. This is the community guidelines
