"We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!"

"This is a stunning hotel right in the heart of the city, nothing is more than a gentle 10 min stroll away. The staff are excellent and great at communicating before you arrive. The decor is beautiful, at times its like staying in one of the palaces you visit.
