There was a note in the room that asked for guests to make sure everything was functional (water was running, towels available, toilet flushes) which we felt should have been done by the staff. "

"I loved my stay here! I visited in the winter when rates were low and I booked the single room (Room 4) knowing it will be slightly small but fine for 3 nights. I arrived at night and when my cab pulled up to the B&B I was shocked just HOW close it was to the Duomo. Yes there were photos on website but usually they can’t be trusted. I had received codes to enter by myself due to late arrival and everything was as instructed. The room was just as in the photos, but more comfortable and inviting...
