"The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful."

The hotel is centrally located in Baden-Baden and convenient to shopping and other sites. We were here for the Christmas markets and they were only a few blocks away (easy to walk to). "Had a lovely stay in Baden Baden. The flat was perfect for our little family of 3, comfy sofa and comfy bed. The location is perfect right next to the spa and a short walk to to casino. Wish we could have stayed longer but Baden Baden is not suitable for a roadtrip which a car about 2.2 meter. All street level parking appears to be short term (some are 1 hour max stay, we managed to find one which allowed 4 hours) otherwise, there is a good offer of underground parking garage at a reasonable...
