"The property has been renovated for the last couple of years and still haven't finished it. Bathroom ceiling unfinished, No exhaust fans in bathroom/Toilet, Air Conditioner blows straight onto your bed so you can't sleep. Railway on one side and main Road on the other so quite noisy if your a light sleeper"

"The check in times were between 2pm to 7pm I got there at 2pm and waited two hours and even phoned them and got no reply. As I had travelled from Moree I was tired so had to find another hotel as no one showed up at all to book me in. I think it’s terrible that they can take your money and you stick to your side of the deal but they absolutely didn’t. I want my money back now please as soon as possible. "
