"The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice."

"We probably did not get the best room as it always happens when you use hotel.com but it was pleasant and very calm. The receptionist was super nice and in the morning the front office clerk offered us to open the spa one hour earlier, so nice of him, we had the pool for ourselves for 45 mn. The location is beautiful , the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the bathrobes and the bath sheets including the sleepers. It was a perfect retreat in a bucolic village "

"This was a fantastic experience. When booking I did not realise that it was a retirement home. So, when we found out, we weren’t sure, if we would feel comfortable… but we could not cancel last minute and lucky us, because it was an absolutely great experience.
