"The front desk staff were excellent and very kind and accomodating. However, the bar and restaurant staff were very slow. We were the only ones in the bar at one point and literally had to hunt down the bartender for another drink. The morning buffet ran out of eggs and silverware and dishes. And the patio eatting area isn't large enough to accommodate a hotel of that size."

"This is a very decent hotel in a good location. We stayed here prior to leaving on a cruise on MSC. The cruise terminal wasn't as close as I had thought, but still only about a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms are nice. The only issues we had were the water pressure, which was very low, and as a result it took a long time to get hot water.
