For me this location was a little difficult because of the area. There were only two restaurants within walking distance and during my stay one of them was closed. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. "It’s super good for Disney travels since it’s only two stops away to Mahima station and in the opposite non rush direction . Hotel is old and very close to station you can hear the train sounds and see the tracks . Free breakfast was good . The Chinese buffet was better than Japanese . Toilet was not upto Japanese standard and smelled wierd but we found it to be better in value and prefect easily a 8/10 "

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "
