"Great front desk staff. Very accommodating. Beach was great and clean and not too busy. Staff there was good. Food on beach was a bit overpriced but as expected. Rooms are a bit dated but has everything you need. Had a great view. The general outdoor aspect of the hotel is very clean and well kept. Pools were great. "

"Valet parking was problematic. The website didn't work. I called and the mailbox was full. I went to the valet station, waited for over 20 minutes, and the attendant asked for my claim number again. I waited close to 40 minutes for my car."

"Good location, good hotel. Reviews for this property talking about small rooms and noise are unfair. It's on the edge of a lively bit of South Beach but that is entirely predictable; the rooms are small but they are good value and the hotel could not be clearer about what they offer; guest noise / bar noise is a thing, but my room overlooked the main bar and it quieted down by 11pm / 12am at weekends - not particularly disruptive or late. My only issue is that the hotel are hard to get hold...

"Has an excellent stay at The Bentley. William and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was newly refurbished and rooftop view was beautiful. This place is also very dog friendly. Two thumbs up! "
