"B & B Bouchat-Oreille was absolutely wonderful. The hosts went well beyond in making sure we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Belgium."
"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."
"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in.
That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. We came back to him and he said that the hostel was full and that he couldn't do anything (??). We insisted already that this problem would...
"Nice hotel attached to the casino very near the castle. I enjoyed running through the castle in the morning. Other than the castle, the location is rather inconvenient and away from the rail station and town, but still walkable."
"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."
"Unique Art Nouveau home that is beautifully decorated! Right on the bank of La Meuse River. Muriel (the host) was wonderful and very helpful with advice (where to eat, where to visit, etc.) We will definitely go back next time we visit Namur!"
"I have stayed at their property in antwerp and they are consistently the best value for the money. I would absolutely stay here in every city available. "
"Old building with some interesting decorative features. Very small but adequate room with the worst bathroom possible. Knees pressed against shower door when on loo and the tiniest shower with mouldy grout and chipped tiles. Water pressure was so bad that i couldn't wash my hair."
"Room was smelling to urin. It is Not good if you accept dogs in rooms with a tapestry.
Had to pay for Tourist tax 4 Euro!!!! On site of the town should it be Euro 1,75

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room.
We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"Superleuk hotel met uitzicht op de Maas. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum en station. Uitstekend ontbijt, leuk casino, goed restaurant en een spa. Parkeerplaats met opladers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen. "

"Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception.
Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only.
As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper).
The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again!
However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."
