Very central off the Main Street. Breakfast for 8 euros very reasonable although nothing hot but can have 2 lattes, cereal, orange juice, toast, meats, cheese and pastries. The staff were very helpful

Great position
This hotel is in a perfect location. It's close to the centre of the city for all the famous sights. Also central to bars ,tapas bars & shopping. Excellent ,helpful staff at reception. Parking is easy and very close to the hotel .

A nice stay
The hotel is ideally situated in Almeria, walking distance to the main attractions, beach and shops. The room was quite small but modern and clean with a nice bathroom. Staff were welcoming and friendly, helpful in giving information. A good breakfast available for a reasonable price. The only slightly negative note was that it was quite noisy inside so ear plugs recommended. Having said that we would be happy to stay here again.

Nightmare at La Perla Hotel Almeria
La Perla looks better outside than inside Our room was the smallest space I’ve ever stayed in no room to turn around The bed wasn’t suitable for two people It felt claustophobic and I couldn’t sleep I only booked one night en route to San Jose and if I had booked longer I wouldn’t have stayed another night in this hotel Breakfast was pathetic not worth including in the price

Great little hotel in perfect place.
Excellent stay at hotel perla. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was very good, continental, wouldn't expect anything else. Welcome bottle of water on arrival. Fridge in room which was very useful. Plenty of bars and cafes in area. Minutes away from the castle, cathedral and guitar museum (which is a must). Room was very clean, light and airy, did have to have aircon on all night as it was so hot but too noisy to have windows open, aircon was very quiet as you couldn't hear a thing from it which was great. Loved it at this hotel and would definitely recommend it ti friends and family and would definitely stay here again. Worth more than 2 stars for definite.

The hotel is very well situated and is near shops, bars & restaurants. The rooms are small but adequate and the shower was good. The discounted public car park was only 200m away - 12€ for 24hrs

Excellent stay for solo female traveller
I chose this hotel on location and value for money. I have never travelled alone abroad before but the staff at this hotel made it an amazing trip. Reception staff and breakfast we helpful and friendly. I had even forgotten to bring a plug travel adaptor and the kind lady on reception sourced one for me to use during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable although some noise from other guests but only for a short time when walking back to their rooms and not being very considerate of noise levels but this is not a fault of the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet was very good, plenty to choose from and the fresh coffee was very good also, i liked the fact that breakfast was available for 3 hours every morning, especially as i slept in a little later than planned on my first morning, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially solo female travellers, there are a number of bars and restaurants close by so you're not walking a long way at night alone. If i ever stay in Almeria again i will definitely look to book here again.
