"Pros: Good location, easy check-in/out, good breakfast, elevator, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Cons: room was smelly when I entered, had to leave windows open for few good minutes until it was too cold Quite disappointing - no water cattle in the room. This is pretty standard in all other hotels I stayed in Salzburg (over 10 I think). Shower is good, but there is no glass door or curtain, so water are all over if you are not careful. "Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our check-in experience was exceptional with helpful directions and assistance with getting my wife's luggage to the room. At breakfast the staff were extremely attentive and the buffet was great. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
