"The property and room were really nice. The hotel is conveniently located and the room was spacious and very clean. The only downside is the $30 fee per night to use their parking lot in addition to the $10 fee per night to use the WiFi, pool and fitness room. Plus, they tax those $40 fees!!! That is absolutely absurd!!! Be sure to factor in these additional costs before booking. "
