"Na recepção, não localizaram a reserva por desconhecimento do sistema (demoraram aproximadamente 20 min.). A internet tinha graves limitações. O quarto não tem aquecedor. As camas estão desgastadas. Faltou comunicação sobre evento em restaurante do grupo do hotel. E seria oportuno profissional com informações sobre opções de lazer.
